Seems rather fine since every other game makes you pay for expansions. You seem to have a different idea of what subscription means than CCP. Fortunately, their definition matters more than yours.

If you haven't heard yet either, CCP is implementing a new update system that will allow them to push out better updates more frequently.

Eve has a good future on the horizon.
