CONCORD will also avenge containers destroyed by smartbombs (as OP wants, if it were possible). It's just that the ratio of destroyed cans to Concorded ships will be much larger. So essentially OP wants an EASY button.

In which case I want a mining smartbomb that crushes several rocks and deposits them into containers for me. Only seems fair..

Why should you sacrifice 28 ships to concord to destroy 150m worth of goods? This should indeed have worked and is akin to bug.
