After a startling conversation with a clearly sociopathic personality I discovered this so called Governor and his investment fund is nothing more than a scam. Here is your proof:

I encountered the good Governor a few days ago while in Amarr, and am thoroughly disappointed to learn that he admits to being a lying scammer. Of course that is if these chat logs are not falsified, which is far more likely than some terrible ponzi scheme. Who ever heard of such a thing in eve anyways?

This guy certainly is a smooth operator. Still a scammer, but fun to watch. Beats the 'generic' ISK doublers in local. Grab the popcorn and chairs. :)
