Just like the movie "The Purge" remove or stand down CONCORD for 12 hours.

during that time maybe bring out some navy npc fleets to protect major hubs like you always see in your awesome videos

the base idea fits pretty well I think aswell, but I don´t see the sence of it go any further than highsec... ok in low you can turn off the railguns...
but what else will change while this period?
whats about standings?
oh how do you imagine GCC working meanwhile?

that's the idea, to make High Sec unsafe bring a little chaos into people's safety bubble

the idea is to removed the unstoppable police force in the game and just let things happen, if the system is super important then the navy can step in do something

it would be 24 hours of no rules, no standings changing no anything just 24 hours in which you can do whatever you please and nothing will be done about it

I can do whatever I want in highsec regardless, Concord means nothing to me.

its more of the fact that concord is kinda annoying, its a force that just pops in and you can't do anything about its not really something you can fight vs.

I'd like to see some player fleets vs npc fleets. In their trailers you are always seeing MASSIVE fleets for each faction instead of CONCORD why can't we have player fleets come into a system and if they cause enough of a problem that factions military rolls up and starts fighting back

It be the day many would not login tbh. Goons kind of spolied this for you. many know aftter burn jita 1 they actually bring the party in full effect to empire. So burn jita's that follow....most with half a brain go well no jita this weekend.

Games sort of like people logging in, its good for numbers to show executives. Event like this would be low numbers. In my case and many others we don't go into DT's if I don't play eve daily.

You'd get your gankers logging on ofc...but then they'd be ganking themselves by and large. which is what many avoid. "griefer" corp A if that hard up for kills can, right here right now, dec "griefer" corp B and know chances are low of a dec avoidance. hell, the dec would be welcome most likely. But yet they don't.

Well...ice embargo(s), burn jita's, last hulkageddon they were a big time official sponsor for it. When mittens wants to generate bear tears (and probably try some less than subtle market control imo), he's not short on volunteers to make it happen.

Well see because this nullbear has no content out in his precious nullsec space because he has blues for 30 jumps all around him, he wants to come gank those helpless carebears in highsec.

-1 OP, come to the Gal/Cal Militia space (i.e. Black Rise) if you really want to add some content to your game besides waiting for jabber pings and fleets that have only reach 200+ members to undock

I am for any event that could create a game dynamic.
But before taking such risk for the game stability, begin with small events just like incursions.

The first thing though should to review NPC mechanics. Pirates and Concord....

navy npcs? so basically you want everybody in jita dodixe and hek to be butchered by the npcs and the people in amarr butchered by pvpers cuz amarr npcs suck balls EVEN WITH 2 90% webs they have they cant hit anything.

when i first read about the thukker tribe sieging the concord HQ i thought this is what would actually happen, and i thought it was cool. it was one of those things that drew me to the game.

but really, ppl just wouldnt log in. :(
