1.5B Loan @15% for 1 Month (Partial Collateral) [Completed]

I am seeking an investment of 1.5 billion ISK for a term of 30 days promising 15% ROI.

Approximately 1 billion ISK will be collateralized. Collateral will be in the form of an Archon carrier hull docked in The Forge region (with t2 fit and fuel, no fighters).

While I am open to multiple investors taking shares, I would prefer one investor or at least one investor covering at least 1B of the loan. This way investor can hold the collateral rather than using a third party. With an agreement of this size a third party fee will eat too much of the profits.

You should be advised this is my first loan. I consider this character my trading/market forum main, but you would be accurate to label it an alt. I will disclose other characters involved and general investment plan to serious potential investors via eve mail. This venture has high profit margins, but only for a relatively low volume, so I want to avoid attracting attention. If any of this is a problem for you or seems too risky I understand.

I'll be happy to answer questions and attempt to address "It's a scam!" accusations.

Can you PM me some more info about your plans? Also, I'm assuming you would provide a full API?

I sent Raimoondough Fathke all requested info and he seemed like he was ready to go, but I haven't heard from him in a few days.
