First welcome to EVE Online, it's a great game and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I will deal with the corp office question first,

Corp Offices aren't of any use to individual pilots as they are used in player run corp settings to base out of, they essentially give player corps a place to store items and ships etc that other pilots in their corp with the correct corp roles can access and contribute to etc.

If you get into a player corp you may get the option to see this feature in action but that will depend on your corp CEO and how they run their corp.

The offices also have various monthly rental fees so although you could train corp management to level 1 and create your own corp to play with its best to hold off on that till it's needed.

If your into exploration your going to eventually want a covert ops frigate or a strategic cruiser to do the data and relic sites.

It doesn't really matter too much which race ship you choose unless your planning to use them for combat but if your planning on getting into a strategic cruiser then the versatility of that ship means that you may want to plan for combat operations with it at some point in which case the race will matter depending on who you want to fight etc.

I would start with a tech 1 frigate for exploration and then train into the tech 2 covert ops frigate as you wont be equipped to fly strategic cruisers for a few months at least given the cost of the ships and the training times for the skills etc.

As to which corp to join that comes down to personal preference, i recommend that you check out the corp adverts from the corp icon on your in game side bar of icons, find one you like the sound of and see if they have a public recruitment channel you can join, have a chat with their members and leadership to see if your going to fit in with their type of play style and their personality types etc.

If your wanting to get into salvage then the Noctis is a good ship but i would start with a tech 1 destroyer and tech 1 salvage modules to get a feel for it, an expanded probe launcher will help as well so you can get practice finding wrecks as well while salvaging.

As far as fittings go that comes down to exactly what ship you are flying and its intended primary purpose as well as skills to fit the modules.

Any other questions let me know and i will see if i can help.

to find a corp, read this --> https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=331341&find=unread

As for everything else ... well, you're still just looking into the rabbit hole ... and the game goes far beyond what you can see right now.

A word of caution though -- EVE is not "like every other MMO" out there, so if you have any experience with other MMOs, please forget it all now. You won't be needing that kind of experience/thinking here (furthermore, it will do you more harm than good).

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

WOW thX's a lot , the answer was fast and super clear!

i see there's a great community behind this game ,
and i'm happy to see that we're far away from other MMORPGs where
stupid kid oriented communities bow down in the presence of the dumbest rich guy that simply bought it all,

more and more i read , ( dude my first week it was likley read all day manuals and stuffs , much more than playing)
more i like this game and this community,

so finally i get to understand offices role in the game , i want to check out this noctis ship , just started so i ain0t got much money , i hope i can afford it once my " starter agents " got all mission completed .

oh don't worry -- we take stuff from the dumb rich guys who buy it allTwisted

Least you're reading up on the game -- keep that aspect up, especially as you progress. There's always "one more thing" that will act as an obstacle (be it game mechanics, or other players).

You won't be able to afford a noctis after the starter agents (IIRC, you'll only be about 1/4 there -- but that's not a bad thing. Noctis is big and slow, and requires a fair number of support skills).

One thing to keep in mind is that "bigger is not better". Stick with frigates for a month, and train all the "support" skills to level 4 (CPU/PG/Cap Management, Hull Upgrades, Shield Operation, Mechanics, Gunnery OR Missiles (pick your favorite), others), as this will give you a good boost in effectiveness of all the ships ... and will help lessen the problems you have when moving up in size classes, because of "low skills" with your weapons.

For example - you took that month, have everything at L4, and move up into a cruiser ... so you're back at L1 guns/missiles and training them up ... if get into a fight with another month-old character who blitzed right into a BC or BS, he will be at a disadvantage because your tank is superior (T2 mods, raw bonuses from skills, etc), and you can make up for "low weapon skill" with the support skills that you've trained instead of just having the base requirements to sit in the ship.

Oh, and another thing --> don't fly what you can't afford to lose ... and as a corollary to that -- "If you can't afford to platinum insure it, you can't afford to fly it"

edit - because yeah, I can spell.

I'd recommend you try ninja salvaging in the beginning since you're interested in scanning and salvaging. It consists on scanning down other people ships in mission pockets (a "separate" space that is initially only accessible to the mission runner, unless you scan him down) and salvaging their wrecks. If you find a system with more professional mission runners it will be easier since they tend to use a deployable that will group all the wrecks around it, so you won't have to travel to them.

You'll need an T1 exploration frigate (they are bonused towards salvagers and probing) and training the skills to use those modules, scanning, and the appropriate spaceship command for the frigate you like.

It's fun to do that in high sec since people can't do much harm to you in the missions, since salvaging wrecks is not a crime but attacking another capsuler is. You can still be targeted by the NPCs in the missions but you can prevent that by D-scanning ahead and checking if they are there, or using a cloack to sit in the mission watching it until the site is clear.

THAT's Fundamentel!
i didn't got it at first , so every time a change the ship class , my skill start from L1 level for that class ? right?
so yes ...i will stick with my heron frigate for a while ,

i almost finihed the 6 basic training in Aka's School of Applied Knowledge, after that what 's next step ?
is there higher trainings to do ( can u suggest some one ? ) or should look for corporations jobs?

Ninja salvaging .....sounds good , i will check out!
i heard about some capsuleer entering some kind of spot in cloaked mode ( warp inibitors on ) , and when someone jumps in
they sudden exit from cloak and steel the ship ......

this is called " bubble something ..." can't remember , that wold be super-cool too ! making traps .......i mean ,
definitly incredibile this MMORPG

yes, sort of.

Let's say you're Gallente (because I'm most familiar with their ships).

you started out the other day, have "Gallente Frigate 1" and can fly an Atron, Tristan, Incursus, Navitas, Imicus, or Maulus. You spend some time in the Incursus, because you happen to like shooting things, and it's a pretty decent brawler ... so we fast forward a couple of days, and you have "Small Hybrid Turret 4" and "Gallente Frigate 4" (among other things) ... giving you +40% damage to your blasters.

When you jump up to a Thorax (a cruiser), while you can fit more guns that hit harder "base", you're back down to "level 1" skills for the cruiser and the medium guns (so you're only getting +10% damage / turret.

Admittedly, there are more turrets on a cruiser, and they hit harder before applying skills ... but larger turrets have their own drawbacks (don't track as fast, can't hit smaller targets as well, etc).

You're done with the ingame tutorials, so all further learning is up to you to do (either by trial-and-error or google)

Next step is finding your way (suggest a corp, since solo play is boring ... check out the first link I posted for how to do that), and doing things that are fun.
