If char still holds the founds I will return it when I get the char.

EDIT:

Rechecked the rules, costumer support will transfer the isk.

When received char was holding, 4,577,803.540 of 5.4 BIL sent, leaving it here till CCP removes it.

EDIT: Wallet show 2 plexes bought, probably for transaction of the char, just want to make it clear it wasn't my expense .

Point 17 from CCP Spitfire's rules says:

"Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it. "

As long as I forgot to transfer those isks (with transfer mechanic it is fuckingly very easy to make that error), I thought the customer support will automatically clear Claudia's wallet and transfer isks to any of two chars on her old account while transferring char to Imenes's account. It didn't happen - CCP transferred a char, wasn't aware of wallet and my petition with that (with link to this thread).

I'm disappointed that CCP's rules aren't followed by CCP's customer support.

3 days have passed and I can do nothing till petition will be checked - my gametime is being wasted.

The problem was solved - thanks to CCP Cid's approval Claudia transferred my alt all missed ISKs.
