so let me get this straight:

you are mad... because you cannot gank/grief a miner easily enough for your tastes? One would think there are plenty of ways to effectively do that- isnt that what the new order does every day?

while the idea is cool, it doesnt exist for a reason

there is a consequence, you could steal the loot in the cans, you risk getting flagged so he can shoot you, but meh. if hes afk or not paying attention you get his hard mined ice.

CONCORD will also avenge containers destroyed by smartbombs (as OP wants, if it were possible). It's just that the ratio of destroyed cans to Concorded ships will be much larger. So essentially OP wants an EASY button.

In which case I want a mining smartbomb that crushes several rocks and deposits them into containers for me. Only seems fair..

(One time, there was a camper in our nullsec system that was so useless he resorted to bombing cans in a slealth bomber to try and get some kind of reaction).
