Hi . I understand sensor compensation can be used to avoid jamming , can it also help to avoid being scrambled . Ty

What the sensor compensation skills do in practice is give a bonus to the sensor strength of the ship you're flying. The higher the strength the more improbable it is the ECM effect will get you. The other thing the sensor strength plays a part is in how easy/difficult it is to probe you down. No other effect as far as I can recall just now.

This is correct. The increased difficulty to probe you down is a significant bonus to the sensor comp skills that is often overlooked but is important if you do PVE activities in dangerous space.
