Is there a new mirror being done on Sisi as its been down for about 5 hours

No, there is no new mirror. Singularity is down for updating all characters with proper drone skills. Unfortunately I have no eta on when this will be finished (it seems to be taking longer than originally expected).

Hehe, good timing. The update scripts finished exactly this minute, when I sent this reply. Singularity is starting back up now.
