The fantastic Fanfest 2014 in Reykjavik, Iceland, was held from May 1st to May 3rd and we now gladly present a compact summary of this epic event.

For those who neither could attend Fanfest, nor were able to watch the brilliant live stream produced by EVE TV or just want to recall the Fanfest sessions, we have now a simple solution: read all about the many presentations, sessions, round table discussions, and exciting events during Fanfest 2014 in this dev blog Fanfest 2014 - A Summary!

Unfortunately there is always a delay of a few seconds between the publication of the forum thread and the publication of the dev blog. This means that for a brief moment the link to the blog might result in a 404 error - this is fixed now.

A big thanks also to all the devs who wrote summaries of their sessions and round tables - without that help this summary wouldn't have been possible!

In general Fanfest is a completely crazy, most productive, exciting, exhausting, creative, wonderful and fun time.

I have heard some whispers that you might hear some news in a not too distance future in this matter. Watch this Information Portal forum, the EVE Launcher or announcements on social media.

Unfortunately round table discussions were not video recorded and therefore not for all discussions we have a playback available. I will consult the Stream Manager to see if a recording of this session is available, but I suspect it is not.
