unable to download patch

Didn't see it mention but version of windows?

and did you try clearing cache data? this often works for me because for some reason every patch mine hangs up at step 3/4 but clearing the cache seems to fix it for me.

i have cleared cache twice. . im looking for external link to get patch .. i filed petition and had no answer for several days

still launcher stops at creating ee online patch at 25.1% i checked launcher log and found this http://cdn1.eveonline.com/788880/EVE_Online_776184-788880_win.zip but browser says file does not exsist too
