just posting here for to make its more accountable:

daddy hitme(which is my alt) ran out of subscription right before I was about to do the transfer:P
It doesnt have hours for plex available, and no GTC seems to be moving on the forums. So currently waiting on CCP to activate hours for plex so I can plex the account and then start the transfer.

Sorry for delay. I will keep you posted/informed.
