Can you perhaps clarify the AU TZ statement ? many different views on this TZ.... soooo is it before and after or just after Down Time?

AU TZ is usually 3-4 hours before DT and 3-4 after, keeping in mind that there is about a 2.5 hour difference from the east coast to the west. We have east and west AU members so all of the TZ covered.
