I was going to make Pandemic Legion ships solid black sansha ships with a goldenrod skull painted on the front named after diseases and bonussed towards cyno's.
Except for the revenant supercarrier which would be named "Chivalry".

I miss the days before Capital Ships... when nullsec was littered with factions and you would sometimes see four or five different owners in one region. Wars back then were between neighbors, not flags.

We could break free of the Empires and The Blue Donut and ask to be allowed Fedos as a playable race.

Might be an improvement for some of us. They don't have mouths, and lowering yourself onto your food sounds... delightful. More of a fun minigame than PI anyway. Also, fedo fighting (I don't know who added that 'movie entertainment' remark, but you're a terrible person). Apparently only the males are used for cleaning, only the females have tails, and both are tended to by slaves. I'll go make an F&I thread.

All of nullsec should be blue to each other so that we all make trillions and not have to spend it on anything. Once that's done, there should be a new mechanic implemented that allows the blue donut to blue empire space, so that all of EVE can join together in fellowship and honoureable brotherhood. We can all live in peace and harmony and not have to attack each other. No more ganking, no more hotdrops. No more good fights, no more bad fights. Everyone wins!

(except for the people that violate the universe-wide friendship circle, they can be exiled to Cobalt Edge)

Provi bloc would have battle industrials with a focus on on grid station services and bonuses to mining and social skills. One of their ships is a cynojammer which only works if the pilot has not gained any isk or mined in the last hour (they must also have no running manufacturing, PI or science).
CFC would be cheap ships with bonuses to leadership skills as more are fleeted up. Super capitals always jump but they leave the cyno open so that people can rescue them.
PL get reduced cyno fuel costs and extended jump range, some of their smaller ships can bridge. Their supercaps are unique in that they have a confirmation box on whether you want to bridge or jump.
N3 have the drone assist mechanics but only if there are PL ships present in their fleets.

Who would the pirate factions be though? AAA, BRAVE, and CODEdot I can think of as sufficiently big enough to have lore ships and reskins as well as special bonuses but that is a bit of an anaemic list.
