Didn't some alliance find a static wormhole connecting into the jove space? I remember reading about that a few years back.

There have been no Jove since they removed the Jovian Dev Characters.

That's when CCP started to become more Corporate and less of the "Renegades" they think they are. Blink

I have to admit there's a certain mystery in that Jove space is inaccessible and unexplored that fuels our imaginations on what's on the other side, and drives us with anticipation.
On the other hand however, I really hop CCP Seagulls "visions" will open the gates to Jove space in the near future.

It will be filled with hate

I hate to be the one to tell you, not even EVE space exists. Really. But, if your question means the non-existent existence of an existence...no, Jove space doesn't actually exist either. THEREFORE...right, you can't access it.

Is this like the 13th person who answers this right gets a prize, or something?

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

In 2009 i was messing around with the f10 star map and found the My Available Agents filter. There were three agents available in Jove space, i tried to set destination to them but got the notification that was impossible.
So i set course for an Angels agent out east instead and got destroyed at the first gate camp past B-VIP. Should have tried the pilots in space filter.
Agents no longer available in Jove space, will always be a mystery to me.

When eve came out, many of the Jovian assets were made, you've seen some of them such as the limited edition ships that have been released along with the odd mission NPC using one of their models.

There's actually quite a few jove ships (although the models are very, very old now), my personal favourite was always their industrial, the Visitant:

http://pozniak.pl/wp/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Jove-Visitant.jpg

At one point, some of the jove-space stations got updated and given unique models, you can see one in the background of this random screenshot:

http://izlin.free.fr/eve/ships/faction/phantom.jpg (Screenshot is of one of the cruisers, the Phantom)

But a few patches after they added the ability to remote-camera view ships and view models via show info, all the stationsi n Jove space got swapped to generic models, so it's not possible to view them anymore.

A very long time ago, some players got smart, using a little cheat to set their clone location to jove space and flew around, as above, the gates and stations worked, but there was no belts, nothing on the markets etc.

The odds on favourite is that Jove space will be the new space that the null sec cartel controlled stargates will lead to, which are 12-30 months away. You will have access to it then, if you are one of the lucky ones, or a sycophant of the right people.

Frankly, I hope that NPC's come pouring out of them in supercap class ships and obliterate entire regions of cartel space, and the cartels will actually have to defend their space, since these NPC's would not sign non-aggression pacts.

Unlike your beloved Empires who will no doubt jump at the chance to form a super cartel with these aliens, right?

And I'm sure all the ShATTs (ships all the time) would want someplace to publicly display their epeen.

Doesn't Santa Claus live in the Polaris system and shower the universe with presents from time to time?

Not anymore, the Yule Lads got him. And I don't think Santa was a capsuleer, so he's dead now. Cry

The Yule lads are no match for the EvE Santa and his 12 flying fedos.

This one's a bit over the edge guys.

Wormholes in the Apocrypha expansion didn't lead to Jove space, it was just as convenient then, to link into that existing space. So i'm not rushing to guess player-built stargates will lead there. Other speculation i've read suggests they could lead closer to Terran space.
