I've lost too many friends in this damn war. Honor them.

This Memorial Day is a somber one for me. I lost a good friend of mine in January, a dude who was like a brother to me growing up. He came back from his stint in the Marines five years ago, but could never shake the demons that followed him home.

Norse mythology speaks of Valhalla as being basically a giant eternal backyard kegger and cookout, with warriors from all generations and countries. No more friends and enemies, just brothers and sisters. So, yes.... I'm sure Odin has hotdogs and burgers.
