We really wanted something with the flexibility of HML Tengus, but their dps was terrible. Agent ended up making a Railgun Proteus that does 850 dps and gets near the same tank as the Tengus.

-Hammerheads destroy sleeper frigs (sleeper frigs move so slow that hammerheads just fly directly behind them with no angular and get perfect hits)
-The railguns track all the sleeper cruisers just fine.
-Long range railgun ammo can project out and hit any long range battleships if you screw up an in-site warp.

We usually ran in groups of 4 for best efficiency. Lemme know if ya got any questions.

Those 2 particular mods are there because:

There are still neuts on the field, so that bit of cap can help if the cruisers or frigs start to split neut pressure.

and you don't really need to, the protei take such little damage from the battleship sleeper missiles, explosive damage is negligible.

But yes, it would still work with a T1 rig and a faction explosive enam
