Player Features and Ideas Discussion

hi, first time asking question here. sorry for made trouble if i broke the rules here. my question is did CCP made change of 9/10 expedition? i have done about 6 angel 9/10 and with no step 2 after i killed all npc in the ded space site of step 1. the local channel did send the next step hint but my expedition journal page have nothing. i was afk for a while from last year, and before i afk, i never had this kind of problem so, could anyone answer me this question? thx
