Character transfer on Sisi?

Is it possible to have a character that was transferred to my Tranquility account applied to Singularity? I would like to perform some testing with the character I transferred, and would prefer to not lose billions doing it Big smile

Everything on sisi is 100isk. If you need skillpoints, participate in mass tests. Your char will be in your account after next mirror. There is no ETA for mirror.

Yup, this I know. The problem is from what I've read, months pass between mirrors. I'd like to start testing sooner than this Fall.
