How can I tell someone else's standings to me? I blued a corp and wanted to make sure they blue me in return. Thank you in advance.

confirming you can't. With larger alliances you can check eve skunk (if it's still active) and many of them have their standings leaked, but for corps I do not know of any way to determine whether or not they actually did beyond getting a spy alt into their corp to check the standings.

If they shoot you there is a good chance they aren't blue to you.

If it's not going to be a contentious request you can ask for a screenshot showing standings on overview or local or something (although that's always open to being edited).

When you check Standings you should be able to see their standings to you... as least I thought I could... otherwise, what good are the standings?

Perhaps I've done it wrong, as they say...

You can only see your standing, your corporations standing, and your alliance standing towards someone else. You cannot see their standing towards you.
