I was trying to fit out a ship and came across an error in EFT. The Shadow Serpentis 100mn Microwarp drive power is not correct in EFT. The power grid rating in EFT is showing 625 when it should be 1250.

It appears that you confused Afterburner and Microwarpdrive.

Hello, thank you for creating the tool.

Is it possible to browse all the fits I have? When managing alts with fits, it's hard to know what fits are already in the tool without searching through the ship browser and its many collapsed categories.

I think it also would be useful to search for a string amongst the fits you have. I can do that by exporting to XML and then searching the file, but looking only at the fits with the matching string (ie: "PVP") would be useful..

The Data_Kronos "version" seems to have many item icons missing (like harvest equipment, capacitor power relays) and propulsion upgrades has out of whack subcategories.

Yes, it turned out there is a bug with with Data path override and market structure is loaded from default data folder anyway. I've updated my previous post with workaround. But I have no problems with icons.

The guristas Worm has been modified to include an extra launcher (+1), so it has 3 instead of the standard 2. I have no idea when that happened but I just noticed it on test center and checked the F&I post to confirm.

I have used EFT in the past, and I have a potential tool addition that you may find helpful for your users. Back in 2009 I wrote a lot of math for the motion model in EVE (notes can be found at http://tinyurl.com/kttjr7y). In these notes I elaborated a vector differential equation model for ship motion in EVE that turned out to model ship motion accurately. The response from the Destiny software team at that time was quite positive on the accuracy and capability of this model and I can provide this note to you if it is of interest to your team.

At the time of my writing my goal was to develop and communicate a deep understanding of the physics model behind ship motion in EVE. I did not originally have an interest in writing tools or simulations to help the community because I feel understanding is an end unto itself. My recent interactions with EVE players at FanFest, however, has led me to believe that it would be quite helpful to use the orbit model to assist with fitting for kiting ships.

Like the DPS graph window that EFT already produces, a graph showing the orbit velocity, orbit distance and angular velocity for the active fitting could be generated as a function of the orbit command distance. This would, of course, have greatest applicability orbits of nearly stationary targets. The closed-form equations for this are included at the end of the ‘Orbital Motion’ section (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1I3y922Akj6NkFCtfp8xfwLeUNgDn9xis83z23u19o4g/edit#heading=h.a4vj0zeth3oy). I have included a couple examples in the chapter, including frigate and cruiser orbit data, to show the correctness of the model. Anyone else getting this? Tried a few times now and same result every time =(

WS.Reputation.1 is a pure BS detection by Symantec/Norton that basically says "Well, we don't know what this file is, and nobody else does either, so there's gotta be something dodgy about it. We're removing it even though it might be perfectly safe, just because we don't want to let it through and have it turn out to be bad. So sorry if it's something you actually need, but better to be safe and useless, y'know.
