Core Complexion ship skins too generic?

Usually TII ships feature camouflaged skins to distinguish their advanced nature from their TI counterparts whih, in turn, are mostly designed with plain-colored skins. With the comparatively recent (2012?) skin overhaul though, ships by Core Complexion have adopted plain black skins that make them look like generic TI vessels. They do look different when placed in direct comparison, but not when viewed separately.

I would like to hear other capsuleers' opinions on this.
