Hi Oneeye, I was reading your post, and hoped you could help me with a question thats bugging the hell out of me.

I was a very active, playing a lot of hours a week 40+ considering I have a job and stuff this is a lot.

Anyway I see your corp has 200 members, yet only a stable base of 15-30 people?

My question is - why is it pretty much every corp/alliance in eve has such a pitiful number of people active? I don't understand why those inactives are kept (beyond say 2 months inactivity)..

Could you shed some light on this please? I am looking for a new corp, but not one where there are only a small number of the entire memberlist active.
