Changes to "Poteque 'Prospector' Environmental Analysis EY-1005"

With the removal of loot spew this is obviously going to have to be changed to be useful.

Over in another thread (the one about loot spew removal) CCP Reddawn mentions they're looking at different replacements for it. [1]

So let's brainstorm, what kinds of modifiers could they do to keep this useful for exploration without turning it into the simple +sensor strength +virus jazz and instead something interesting and different.

decrease data / relic cycle time or maybe give 10% maximum range of data/relic analyzers

Cycle Time is worthless on analyzers though, and the maximum range is really eh.

I'm hoping they replace it with something almost as effective as the 5 seconds on the loot, that was HUGE.

How about +10 to virus strength? To a player with good skills, this wouldn't make much difference, but a (newish) player with bad skills could try this to make his life easier: The difference between T1 and T2 analyzers is huge, after all.

Virus strength would be a nice alternative to the equally strong power to make scatter containers last longer.
