Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I usually use ship hangar view as opposed to Captains quarters, A couple nights ago I logged out for the night in dodixie after finishing a mission in my proteus. When I logged in the next day it loaded to ship hangar except i get an image that i get when i have been podded and need to jump into a new ship. To fix this I can enter CQ and then re enter hangar view but this never happened pre Cruicible and doesn't seem to be limited to my proteus or one paticular station. Screen shot attached. My question is if anyone else is having this problem or is this a known issue and i just missed it .
