Where are the fuel block BPOs seeded?

Where are the fuel block BPOs seeded? I see lots of expensive ones in Jita of course.... where are the npc priced ones located?

I'm docked at an Ishukone Corporation Factory and they're not offering me any Caldari Fuel Block blueprints on the market so.... yea, but no. People are getting them from somewhere, just not here. Anyone else willing to share? I'm sure they don't cost as much as people are selling them for and I've checked three regions so CCP's done an excellent job of mystery seeding these things and not telling us who's selling them. Makes little sense from an in game perspective. If you're a megacorp you're sure as hell going to ADVERTISE something as important as fuel block BPOs if you're selling them.

They are in Thukker Mix stations. Minmatar space. Only.

Or just buy in Jita market for about 10-20% markup and save the trip.

Greyscale and co being spiteful and/or buddyserving, that is all. Not that it is surprising. Or that nothing gets done about it.
The locations you quoted are more like wishful RP thinking.

I recognize that list - that was simply a suggestion of mine to CCP as to where they should seed the BPOs.

They stuck with their original plan and only seeded them at Thukker Mix.
