1B for 60 days @ 10% Production Loan (Repayed in full and early)

Hello MD forum posters and stalkers. I am looking for a uncollateralized 1B isk loan to jump start my T2 manufacturing lines. I have previous experience in this venture but had to take a break from Eve about a year ago. I came back to see someone needed my POS location more than I did. I spent most of my capital replacing my highsec POS. The terms of the loan would be 1B for 60 days at 10%. I could probably do it in a month but two months would be easier to manage for the start. I have 4 toons that have the ability to run 10 manufacturing and invention/copy jobs each. I have multiple BPO's in my posession that can be used to make copies for invention. My current focus is T2 module invention and manufacturing but would eventually like to move into ships as well. Maximum of 4 investors if possible please to make the process easier.
Now for the basic questions:

Q. What are you planning to use the isk for?
A. I plan on purchasing manufacturing parts to fill up all of my assembly lines. I would like to purchase a plex to use dual training to get another toon on that account training side by side.

Q. What happens if you get ran over by a bus or fall off a cliff?
A. We all have that one friend that is is supposed to clear our browser history right? Big smile

Q. How do I get my isk back if you fail crash and burn?
A. I have enough isk in pos assets to sell and pay off the loan if I can not make the isk to repay this venture (which I know will not happen).

"1B for 60 days at 10%"


Would that be 10% per month, or 5% per month? Your wording leaves it a bit vague.

In other words would it be a total re-payment of 1.2B at the end of the 60 days, or only 1.1B re-payment at the end of 60 days. If it is only 5%, that is pretty low for an uncollateralized loan.

Sorry. It is 10% for 60 days so 1.2b payback after 60 days. I tried to read some old posts on it but apparently it did not help.
