Higher than 7 bill please. Just because someone posts 2 at 9 bill to bump down the price, you can see the rest are 12 bill+

Dexter - it's because the item is fairly unique; there's not many of them and they were limited edition (essentially being introduced to the game in error)

Fine, I've put it on Jita market for 12 bill, it's the cheapest on there atm by 0.7 bill
