Best gallente roam / pvp ships?

Just started over decided to go gallente, I prefer to train very specialized and become very good at fewer ships than being able to fly many. But that also means that the ships I trian for need to be useful for almost all scenarions or most atleast.

I was thinking about training for Vexor/ishtar/Dominix

Should have me covered I guess?

Anyone have some sort of good skillplan for me to specialize in these or which route to go with?

Or any other ships you woul suggest?

Bring the water in your pan to boiling point then add 3 eggs, set your timer for 5 mins. After 5 minutes run your eggs under cold water until they can be handled without discomfort.

Now grab a pen (preferably black). Draw faces on the 3 eggs.

Now you have 3 eggs with drawn on faces at your disposal.

Yes that has you covered pretty much. Ishtar is the best HAC right now, because it is very flexible, can be flown shield or armor tanked and has extreme damage output. Also one of the best choices for exploration. But dont rely solely on drones, Gallente has also very good blaster boats like Talos, Thorax and Vigilant.

Navy Domi is an extremely potent mission boat, probably the one with the most damage output right now, that is actually applyable and not just paper DPS.

Basically train shield and armor skills, gunnery and drones and stay with Gallente until you have most of the stuff at V and speclializations to IV. Gallente is imo the best race right now. Will probably change once you have everything maxed out, then you can chase the next FOTMLol

Thanks :) I will probably xtrain minmatar eventually but for now I think gallente will have me covered for awhile.

I don't rly have time to play until this fall and I already had a 130m sp char so I decided to train the most optimal way since low lvl missions and pvping in a frig isn't for me.

You start off with 3 remaps and get 1 free after 1 year, my plan is the following:


Remap full int rest memory, use +4 implants

Train fitting skills (engi,electronic etc) I predict around 5 mill SP

Remap Full memory rest perception and train drone skills, I predict around 5 mill SP.

The above should take about 6 months I think.

Then remap full perception and rest willpower and train gunnery/ships (10 mill sp ++)

All this should take me 1 year and should make me able to fly ishtar, domi,thorax etc to near their full poteintal.

How does this sound? Am I correct in assuming you would need about 5 mill drones and 5 mill in fitting skills to have them at a near perfect/high lvl (obv will be many skills not at V, but should be close I think)

Enyo is great for solo pvp and proteus is also a damn good ship
