unable to download patch

launcher stops at 29% . could please provide direct link to download patch manually?

Un-zip the .patch file and dump it into the root folder of your singularity installation (where the eve.exe file is) and run the launcher, it *should* automatically detect it (this may have changed to a folder in app data but I have no idea if it has or not). If it doesn't automatically detect it hit the Gear Icon next to the language selection top right and go to "Patches" then "Import a Patch". Browse to the file and import it in.

Which version of the launcher do you have? If it is not version 2.1.655130, which is currently in use on Tranquility, then please try to copy it from your TQ client or download from here.

i have two separated installations one for tranquility only and another for singularity only . the singularity launcher cant download patch it stops after some time

Please downgrade to 655130, as 684081 is not really reliable.

my launcher is also 2.1.655130 . repair tool download rate is terrible ( 20kb /s ) want to download patch via download manager

after complete reinstall my launcher stops at (2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_784428-784544_WIN.PATCH 25.0%
after 4 hours of watching it moved to 25.1% i have wifi connection 2mb/s download 256kbps upload

CCP please help.

When I start the singularity client, it says there needs to be a patch installed first. But the client isn't able to download the file, so I can't access the server.

This is what I get:

Error: url //cdn1.eveonline.com/583835/evepremiumpatch583835.exe not found


I tried to download the new patch via support page, but there are no patches available, just the full client which I downloaded earlier to have a fresh installation.

So, are there any solutions on this??

wel looks like patch files are deleted. they are not downloadable and launcher cant even start downloading patch, so how do we gonna test new features? CCP please help us.

If I'm reading the URL correctly, your client is trying to download a majorly out-dated patch (583835). The current TQ version is 784428 with Singularity on 784544.

My advice would be to re-copy your TQ installation to your singularity folder and then attempt to patch as normal.

There are also no manual patch downloads available on the support page anymore.

i used tranquility installation just made shortcut of launcher and added comand line -args /server:87.237.38.50" to connect into singularity problem is that it cant create eve online patch, it stops at 25.1% and wont go more its not even starting the patch download. , tried that with singularity install before but no work thought tranquility inmstall can help but no

Launcher Version is: 2.1.684081

Update: Clearing the cache and resetting the launcher 2 times solved the problem.

well looks more like problem with launcher 2.1.655130


hey nemo your launcher is 2.1.684081 c an you ever download the patch file or you get same problem as me (launcher stuck at creating patch before download is started)

i think launcher version 2.1.655130 is broken as it does not download anything , it just hangs and freezes sometimes error with non-exsisting file after i got 2.1.684081 it completes creating patch file and before downlaod is started, it gets error regarding lack of patch file on server

I am unfortunately not sure what problem you have exactly, Amak Boma. Posting the launcher log might be helpful.

You can also try to download the client for Singularity from http://community.eveonline.com/support/download/test-servers/, but please be careful to not over-write your TQ installation.

my problem is simple. launcher hangs up when progress bar is on "creating eve online patch" at 25.1% i let it go for entire night and at next day it was 25.2% checked on router and on laptop and same problem

i have downloaded fresh singularity version long ago. but i cant even get it to download patch. whe was patching tranquility - no any issue it patched fast..

i have surrender after several tries and hping someone as uploaded patch file so could downlaod it via browser and apply to launcher.
