Yes, Prophet Nauplis, it is true! But sacrifices must be made. Attachments must be left behind. Releasing our grasp on the alluring baubles of today, we float into the Light of tomorrow's Revelations!

I had morning tea with some Sisters, followed by afternoon tea with a cadre of dedicated Sarum youth, and it struck us all that more sacrifices remain. Having visited the pale blue dot where that Southern Brother's cohort coalesced, it is time to return to the Northern Brother's trail - though it leads through territory most inhospitable and debased.

I must pen my letter to the Priestess!

Of course, it could be said that some are animals to start with.

Ain't we all?

Yea.

Glue is very useful when you need to put pieces together, to make something whole and strong from many pieces or something that’s been broken or scattered. Think of a broken vase for flowers as an example – you might cut yourself on the crystalline fragments as you painstakingly piece them together, lose some blood, and the vase might even appear fractured and grotesque once complete, but its function is restored by becoming whole – unified in a sense, and you can use the vase to display a beautiful blossom.

There’s a flower at the Cor Arcanus in the temple if you care to come and look, it would be worthy of your sacrifice – without the glue of belief to piece together the vase that holds it by the individual who built it, it would never have been displayed. She is light in my darkness. And this is only one vase. Your so-called ‘solutions’ are boring in that once the day is done it’s just another day, nothing holds it together except a bad headache and there’s no place to go to except a Frentix dispensary. So, while my explanation may not satisfy you, I’ll stick to who and what I love and be damned to be crazy. It’s far more interesting and fulfilling.

To believe is to be a human.
We can't understand the universe, it is simply impossible, but we want to know how everything works. We want to know what we will never know... We make hypothesis, we make science, and we make religions...
In the end, even wayism can be considered as cult, especially by those, who don't follow our religion.
But it is how we see the world built, how it operates, which laws follows. Even if we can't prove or refute these laws, we believe in them, because we are humans.
And our beliefs can make us stronger.

Sansha's, for example, don't need beliefs. They aren't humans, and they just run programs, set through network into them by Kuvakei. You see, they don't actually believe he is a messiah, they just speak it as a part of their program.

And, of course, Sansha desires to destroy minds of peoples, just to make them stupid, so he could just convice you to follow nation, grab your bodies and use your capsuleer skills and learning experience. That's why Sansha's adepts like Jurou speak about poisoning humans minds with such destructive things as boosters, alcohol and pornography.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

You know Diana, I can call you Diana right? I am concerned about you. It almost seems like you are wound up too tight, I fear the psychological damage that could result from this. I think you need a release, some relief for the fountain of pressure that has been built up inside of you before it harms you. I could assist you privately in your quarters and help you get relief, there is no reason for you to be wound up that tight, I think I can help. Of course, you might have to get over your aversion to nudity just a bit, but I think you would be better for it.

Afterwards, I could show you a thing or two on why you are wrong on the Nation, but I assure you that is totally optional. In fact if you want, I can keep the rendezvous a private affair, I can be very discreet, I look forward to meeting you in the flesh.

Who calls you a hussy?

Lots of people.

I have a rather ... uhmm, singular wit at times. I blame years of wormhole life - an environment which itself often leads to much sexual innuendo and humor from it's very nature - while mostly living beside somewhat lonely and sexually-depraved men, devoid of Empire's pleasure hubs. I do enjoy flirting a little too, in a superficial way. I believe it's these factors, combined with the fact I'm a somewhat attractive young Achuran woman, that leads many to believe I must spend more time ******* than flying. The fact is nothing could be further from the truth. I'm not that kind of woman.

I could count the amount of people I've experienced intimacy with during my whole life on one hand.

And unlike the person a few posts above, you certainly won't find me openly and publically offering to get naked and intimate with other capsuleers. Such things tend to foster a genuine reputation...

Errmm...

A little appreciation at times like this wouldn't go astray though, boss.

Let's not forget who spends hours braiding, plaiting, straightening and washing that pretty hair of yours.

Or who keeps your prize-winning legs waxxed silky smooth, along with all your other personal grooming tasks.

Is me every day who applies your tasteful makeup, and keeps it maintained during the day as required, only to help you wash it off of a night time before you climb into the bed I made for you.

I'm there with you every morning when you're working out, keeping that figure in prime condition. Always jogging next to you, spotting you when you do weights, passing you water when you get thirsty, handing a towel as you step outta the shower.

You're quite correct my dear.

I probably don't show my appreciation as much as I should. Any compliments directed to me should equally be directed to you. You've always been a wonderful co-pilot, personal assistant and a sister to me - in all but blood and name.

Ha. Mr Tuulinen, sir.

Unlike myself, Candi has never had the luxury of indulging in much social pleasure at all or even any interpersonal intimacy whatsoever. However, much like myself, she's certainly not the kind of woman to spend time in the bunks of random men.

But, knowing my little Miss Candi, even if she was that kind of woman then I'm pretty sure you'd quickly find yourself overwhelmed and broken in half, along with the bunk beneath you.

Gotta be careful what you wish for, sir.

And if you wish to let me release on you... in my quarters... well, it might be interesting to watch!
Ping my neocom for exact quarters location. Although I would prefer another place, because I hate cleaning all the mess from the quarters, but they will do.

Oh, and don't worry about your clothes! I don't need cold weapons or other tools that can damage clothes to kill a human.
Or a drone. Including Sansha drone. My broken camera drones can confirm!

Why not? I'm thinking of having wine storage installed at the office. Usually I drink iced water, oh, and there's a coffee dispenser in the food replicator. Sometimes I pick up a bottle of something special, like Absinthe, at Dodixie to enjoy over a conversation and a cuddle with my special someone. Is punch served? Not my cup of tea really, but I could make it if you asked. Milkshake? The question we should all be asking, would you drink something anyone dropped in front of you? The drink of trust could easily be a chalice of deceit. It's not the drink that's important but the hand that offers it to you, Mr Pieter. You can tell a lot about someone by their hands.

Oh great Maker, it wasn't an OFFER, it was a comment. If anything I was making a joke about the relationship between the two of you, not suggesting I wanted one with her. Not that I'm even remotely in the market, these days.

On a tangential note, whilst the bunk might be broken, I assure you that I'm made of sterner stuff. Obviously this is one of those times my reputation doesn't precede me.
