patch file missing

after several tries it managed to go while and suddenly progress bar was red and error patch file missing http://cdn1.eveonline.com/784428/EVE_Online_782223-784428_win.zip . launcher cant download patch file as it looks like its deleted

When i get this error i just keep restarting my client. fixes itself after a few tries

i am strugglin for three days to get into singularity. no any progress. i have looked at log file and found link to patch file that launcher describe as missing an it does not exsist so it looks like launcher is trying download patch that does not exsist.
i have no idea what to do now. launcher version 2.1.655130

This message about the missing patch file can be ignored, as it is always written to the log file, when patching a testserver client.
The real problem is probably several lines further down in the log file.

well this error i ignore. but launcher stop download too. it looked like launcher is trying downlod non-exsisting file , log file shows me a link to zip file but this file also does not exsist.

how can i download patch now? do you have any ideas or functional link so could download patch via browser and apply it to launcher?
