Why no mention of Dominix redesign in the blog? Has it been cancelled/moved away from Kronos?

When will the ISIS be updated?

And will we be getting a list of all Info panel updates or when they get updated so we dont have to check every single one in game.

To make the Deep Space Transports and the Blockade Runners even more viable in their roles as 'behind enemy lines space haulers, their roles have been revisited.

Additionally you will now be able to customize your Freighter with rigs, thus allowing it to carry more, align faster or warp more quickly through space.

where is that?

So, the skins for AUR in the NEX (Isn't NES trademarked?) are here to stay? That's deplorable. Also, why are there no numbers on how "successful" the pilot program is?

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

Correct, the Domi was not intended for Kronos and was something we decided to show at Fanfest to give a glimpse at what is potentially coming in future releases. We constantly work on ship redesigns but we tend to use them as something to do when there is downtime between tasks. There are of course releases where we put priority on the redesigns to align with other things such as balance changes by game design.

Still no word on the big rorqual changes? =( or is that coming with crius?

You guessed correctly. Those changes are interlocked with the rest of the Industry changes.

Thankyou for replying. Guess I'll have to live in this personal hell of waiting a little longer heh.

I have mixed feelings about this expansion. There are some things I quite like, but the freighter/JF changes and the addition of the MMJD have the potential to kill pretty much all of it.

As in, it may actually be enough to make me want to stop playing.

I dont understand why CCP hate haulers that mutch that they have to dubblenerf them, First with totally change the ability of the freighter to be usefull in its role, and then forcing haulers to spend isk on getting that cargohold back, AND to top it off CCP still regards bumbing a freighter indefinite a " okay " thing do to since the freghter cant enter warp and the agressors are not using any mods to keep the ship from warping and then wait for your friends to show up 30 min after the first bumb.

CCP, Your hate towards haulers are clear as the sun, you want PVPers, not those to build or move the ships for them, several of your devs has said it and several of your GM's has said it.

one example ive had was with CCP Falcon while i ran past him in a local somewhere -> CCP Falcon > Personally, I like them soft and squishy so that I can crack them open like a kinder egg, and see what's inside :3

its sad that you hate those who choose a route in eve like haulers because of your hate.

Frankly, you make me questioning your intentions with eve.

Well, so much hate flung around in this post...

I'm not going to pretend to somehow know the dev's intentions as you did, but it still seems to me that you don't quite understand why the involvement of haulers in more varied pvp situations is something that would be both desirable and beneficial, both for the entire eve community and for the haulers themselves, who are still part of said community. EVE has always been a PVP-driven game in which the economy and logistics play a vital role. As such, your hauling affects other players wether you want it or not, and their activities affect yours. Hauling is already a PVP activity, albeit not a direct one and allegedly not a "violent" one (unless you count economic violence as a true form of violence). EVE, like a military-industrial complex, runs on a cycle of destruction. The haulers have manufactured things to haul because manufactured things are destroyed, and the destroyers have manufactured things to destroy because manufactured things are hauled around. As such, crippling any part of that cycle that would negatively affect your adversaries is a valid strategy. That includes haulers, who, in turn, now have a reason to care about protecting themselves, either by organizing as a group or by having people to protect them in exchange for the benefit of their own services. This means that haulers would actually have to play in an increasingly social and dynamic game world, which in turn will provide more opportunities for hauling stuff.

Even if what you are talking about really was a nerf to hauling, it would not be any more driven by hate on the developper's part as any other change in the game. Indeed, it actually shows that they care enough about it to not want the logistics specialists to unsubscribe out of boredom or lack of personnal involvement in the game.

The way I see it, it would only be logical for developpers of a conflict-driven game to maximize the potential sources of conflict in the game.

Now, if only hauling could be recognized as a pvp activity in which rewards do involve risk, which the pilots ought to accept and prepare for, then hauling would not be seen as much of a "carebear" activity. Giving more potential for tank or speed to freighters and more defensive options to miners seems to me like an excelent decision that actually hurts the "hurr, i'm a hard-core pvper"-type of player more than the others, in order to distribute the fun end of the pvp stick a bit more evenly around the playerbase. If haulers could also get more offensive options, then ganking them would really get interesting.

tl;dr version: Hauler pilots are already PVPers, deal with it. Making hauling less "safe and boring" and involving more options and actions will generally put more fun and more emotional involvement into hauling as an interactive activity between players. And that's what keeps a game like EVE rolling.

That's a mega-disappointment, Dominix re-model is way overdue and should have taken precedence over the Moa. Domi pilots must vastly outnumber Moa pilots.

Just Leave the Caldari ships alone, you're not the ones flying them. It's bad enough we got a Scorpion He-Man ship, now you want to ruin the Moa (one of the most original designs) and the Crow/Raptor.

Actually Moa redesign has been consistently among the top 3 most requested hull remakes, you are pretty much alone with your opinion.
