looking for clientele for a plex lotto

at the moment currently working on 2 plex lotto's not looking to scam and it can be monitored by CCP if they wish to verify that it is legit. hoped to be backed by them at a future date for better raffles and such.

The channel is Night Lotto in eve and same for mailing list.
rules are in the chat and mailing list.

tickets are 20 mill each
40 tickets per lotto.
each lotto is for one 30 Day Pilot's License Extension (PLEX) or the cost of plex in isk which ever player wants.
lotto does not start till all 40 tickets are purchased. and must be paid when entering contest. you have till raffle starts to back out if you choose to do so. if not you are in.

that regard. hope you see this is not a scam and hope to have players willing to play. no spamming and defaming this. thanksPirate

CCP does not monitor for scams so you're going to have to find some other way of convincing people it's legit.

You could give the plexes to a third party or have all the ISK sent to a third party. He/she could then collaborate with you so you could still be able to do your lottery with added protection, since you don't have any reputation yet.
If you're looking for a good third party I can offer up my services to hold the plexes to ensure all your participants that the lottery will proceed smoothly.

issue is items will be decided by winner wether they want isk or plex. im trying to run the cost down as much as i can so i make a profit from the lotto.i see the idea and will keep it in consideration about the third party but until i start getting a clientele having a third party wont matter. and they would be the one having to do all the work anyways transferring item to plex or giving out isk at the cost of plex so i dont see that as being profitable for the person running the lotto.
