Pretty much this. While mining may be boring, one of the golden rules in EVE is never go AFK in space. If you do so and lose your ship you only have yourself to blame really...

This, ladies and gentleman, is what happens when you send your offspring to an Amarr college instead of a reputable Gallente institute.

Can I get an English translation please?

Sure, but first lose that confused looking avatar.

Or so the holoreels say.

I've... seen things you people wouldn't believe...  Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those... moments... will be lost in time, like  tears... in... rain. Time... to die...

CODE's punishment will not go unheeded. As they seem to value suicide instead of an honest fight they should be issued Penance Permits. Penance Permits allow CODE to commit a single Suicide Gank's in a system so that their souls will be returned to the station in one piece so that they may continue to purchase Penance Permits.

We all know that suicide is a sin and as such the sinner shall be made to pay their penance in its lofty ISK value.

Remember suicide ganking is a sinners chore and all sinners must have a permit to commit such an act against theirself.

We aren't committing suicide, we just sacrifice a ship. Our pods return home safely, should they fail to reach home safely, it must be because of other players killing them, not due to suicide.

So I guess this explains the bizarre, rambling evemail I got after a gank earlier.

Every suicide ganker loses his ship to CONCORD after the gank and that loss will show up on the killboard. So not sure what you are trying to say here.

More than that, many of our targets take more than one catalyst to kill, so we pretty much accept that our ships lost will generally hover around double what our ships killed is.

If they buff skiffs any further our isk spent might become more than our isk killed. But it still will not stop us.

That assumes they actually bother to fly skiffs. The number of Macks I still see is astounding.

Eventually the rest of New Eden will tire of CODE and when that happens everyone from FW to Independents will merge to destroy CODE. It will happen because the history of humanity has always proven that those who rise to glory and fame through extortion always suffer the same fate that got them to their high mountain tower above everyone else as those below them will use the same tactics to get theirself to tower on high.

CODE can only rise so high before the structure weakens and the top crashes to the bottom thus making those under the leadership of CODE extremely wealthy as they salvage the losses from their leaders.

Leadership of Code? What leadership? I have yet to have anyone tell me when, where or how I should enforce the Code. Hell, no one has even made me any suggestions. If I ask for advice, it is given, but that's it. We acknowledge our Supreme Protector, but it I've never heard of him telling others what to do, he leads by example.

As for your claims that we consider ourselves above everyone else, I really don't think you understand what the New Order is about. We want to bring everyone up from their bot-aspirant ways to be on equal footing with us. We are not special, we are not superior, we do not hold ourselves above the legal citizens of New Eden. What we do is a service and a duty, making New High Sec a better place for all. If anything we are more like humble janitors, going about our duties so that others may enjoy the fruits of our labor.

I hope you are actually organizing something instead of just running your mouth about it, but then again your track record and obvious ignorance to game mechanics not to mention reality doesn't leave me much hope. Straight

That requires organisation, 99% of the people affected by the operations of James and his merry band of dastardly rapscallions are incapable of it, the rest of Eve probably doesn't give a damn.

Ah but it is suicide my lovely CODE Nymph for the simple matter of fact that those operating the ship outside of the Capsuleer theirself are killed during the gank attack and do not return home thus showing that CODE does not have any regards for the crews of the ships they use in their ganks.

Suicide is the intentional ending of your own life.

What you're describing would be collateral damage at best, murder at worst Roll
