Navy Vexor High DED3/4 Fit

Hello, just wanted some advise on my fit below to be used for DED 3/4 in high sec (Gallente space):

EDIT: 365/387.5 CPU used! (enough to fit t2 guns when I can use them)

Does anyone have any recommendations to improve the fit?
Should I drop the Aux Pump for a 3rd CCC to increase the cap?
Still with 250's or go 200's for better range?

The only issue is burst tank for sniping the battleship in the ded 4. I'd go with burst tank, not burst cap, as you have, and I'd stick with 200s because the batteship is approaching you quickly anyway, and 200 with antimatter have reasonable tracking for clearing frigates throughout both 3 and 4.

You can turn the guns off if you are struggling with cap to get a couple more cycles of reps out to kill the battleship, and you just loot and scoot or if there is nobody around, kill him, bm wreck and warp out.

Thanks for the reply; I understand the concept of burst tank but not burst cap - and I'm a little unsure of how to amend the fitting based on your suggestions (aside from the guns of course)

I probably meant to type sustained cap - my bad :)

I don't think you need to change the fit. If you do need to tank more, you'll probably need to tank a lot more, which means another cap recharger and another hardener anyway (not a bad idea for learning the serpentis watch if you decide to do it).

Ah ok :), so 3 1/2 mins of cap will be enough to burst tank the BC's? or shall I upgrade to 7mins with another CCC?

Should be - part of the time the overseer will be shooting your shield anyway, and the dps mightn't be strong immediately so you can cycle the rep a bit too. The encounter occasionally shoots a drone that will usually successfully tank that part of the damage too.

There isn't actually a lot of efficiency difference - ie if you pulse the rep so its cycling ~85% of the time, it will have the same amount repped and ~85% of the cap draw. The only reason you don't wind up with same cap time by cycling 85% is because some of the cap is used by AB and guns.

I have tanked it with a blaster/mixed drone vexor simply by working my way close on angles, diving in and orbiting it and overheating the tank towards the end. Obviously 10m hull prepared to take more risks flying it in fun ways.

If your skills allow for it, meaning your drone control range doesn't go down too much, you could lose the "Drone Link Augmentor I ". This should free enough CPU for a large cap battery in place of the cap recharger, which should alleviate all capacitor problems you might have.

Tractor beam, or remote repper could go into the empty high slot. Both useful.

Its tight on CPU 362/364, though if you wish to use only T2 modules you can plug in a 3% CPU inplant (which is about 1/2 the cost of a sisters probe launcher) and that will give you the needed CPU for the T2 Core Probe Launcher.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Would it be worth carrying a yurt to refit the probe launcher for another couple of rail II's? Any extra dps will speed up the combat a little

It's kinda late for me to post this, but this works for me in 3/10 and 4/10 DED and in Unrated Complexes like Serpentis Vigil.

I do have 522 dps in this thing and the sentries kill the BS in 4/10 when it comes to close range. It hits it even when it's as close as 3km. If frigates get close enough for sentries to miss them (usually closer than 10km) I recall sentries and get Hobgoblins II out. I have yet to use Hammerheads II.
