The Test Server Feedback thread for the Kronos release provides details: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=344485&find=unread It's not a complete list yet, but will be updated regularly. We are also planning and working on more communication of the content of the Kronos release.

Cool, thanks for the links! I look forward to Kronos, and the new regular releases schedule, and even if am no industrialist, the upcoming changes will certainly make me look into this area...
