Is a New Goon Corporation Forming?

I have heard through the whispers of the verse that a new coalition of Goon is being created from CODE members. The name that I have heard being talked about is CODE changing its name to CODE Swarm and mimicking alot of the Goonswarm practices but instead of null space CODE Swarm is practicing the methods in High Sector Space.

Is anyone able to verify this rumor or not?

Why would it matter, if it were true or not? Goonswarm does many things, very few of which are of concern to me.

Here to confirm that a new goon Corp is forming. It may not be the one you're talking about, but a new goon Corp is forming. (Honestly, their like an amoeba or something)
