Cooldown, Volume Limits on Command Center / Launchpad Launches

In light of the new POCO dev blog post, i am trying to determine the cooldown on directly launching to space.

Motivation: if some corp 'out of the goodness of their black hearts' builds a POCO on a low-sec planet I wish to set up shop on, and then 'out of the blue' denies neutral access to the POCO or raises tariffs to 100%, I would like to be certain of my options.

Details:

The command center launch is 500m^3 to some random spot in space and you get a bookmark in your journal. The container spawns when you warp to it, and everything disappears in 5 days.

What is the maximum launch size from a launchpad?
What is the cooldown between launches on a command center and a launchpad?
If high-sec tariffs will double when POCOs go live, will the cost of direct launches stay the same in low-sec?

I think it would be helpful if as part of releasing this 'new way to ensure only large corporations can make isk in PI in EVE" they also increased the size of the launches. This way, if some corp decides to change the tax rate or the permissions on their POCO after you've got a PI planet all set up, you can just launch directly and ignore them.

What's the cooldown? What's the volume limit for launchpads versus command centers?

Thanks!

I'm on Sisi right now re-building my lo-sec network for a few days of no-CO testing.
Sisi's CC launch cooldown is only one minute, and the Launchpads won't let you lauch to space. Assuming your links aren't maxxed out (and TQ's cooldowns are the same), the expedited transfers will be the bottleneck.

At a 1st look, it looks like I can rebuild my 5 planets to go from P0-P3 all on the same planet with only about a 20% loss in output. At 500m3 per CC launch, I'll be able to keep up with exports by launching once every other day, or I can play catch up by shooting as the transfers cool down.

Thanks for the info.

I was thinking that if I could launch and the cooldown was small enough, then in my PI-only WH where I have five planets, I could go from one to the other in a cycle and still get everything loaded up and shipped out relatively easily.

If I have to do expedited transfers to the CC to do this, then the time involved is a lot more... sigh.

One change you may not have noticed is that links are being buffed to x5 capacity. IMO x5 is a bit much. but it'll allow you to beef up a link between your outbound storage and the CC in order to minimise the transfer cooldown.

On TQ (without the pending buff), I've already done that on my factory lpanet, and I get cooldowns of about 18 minutes after a 5Km3 transfer. Between the change and the much smaller CC volumes, I'm expecting the transfer cooldowns will be manageable.

Perhaps already mentioned. Checked that Launch cost from CC is the same as exporting to PO.

e.g. low sec is 17% of goods price.

There's no escape.
