Try to tackle something where you have 150+ on grid while waiting when it show you the range.
Or try to keep range from other ceptors , while having your overview focusing on something else.
Before this thing reload you few times you are dead.
1-2 seconds on reloading when you have few ceptors on your tail is priceless.

Noting that the statistic info/tooltips for Energy Neutralizers are missing from both the fitting window hover, and the in-space menus.

so I see the in space object mous over tooltip has been made smaller good.....NO! just get rid of it the old way was much better and didn't block anything or get in the way, in any way
