Can i put mining laser or other stuff for mining on the Orca's ship ( https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Orca )? I can't see if it has turrets hardpoind for install the laser...

Orca is an Industrial Command Ship; not an Mining Ship.
So you can´t install any kind of mininglaser, but you can install mining foreman links to boost your miningfleet.

Hint:
an untanked, max Cargo fitted Orca is an nice & easy target for suicideganker. better you put some tank on your ship...

Besides if you added lasers or worse strips to it, then you obsolete all the other barges/exhumers instantly. Better tank potential, obscene ore hold, can carry and refit other ships.
