Garde II are buggy or stealth-nerfed / damage too low

FIRST: there is a clear bug on singularity regarding the rattlesnake. if you fit 2 drones and swap out and back into the ship it will sometimes show horribly high dps. currently it sais my 2 curators do 2807,9 dps. this is obviously a bug and needs to be fixed,

SECOND: Auto-targeting cruise missiles seem to be not working at all. It does not matter if someone is shooting at me or 10km from me or my drones are shooting him. My arbalest cruise missile launchers always say:
" has not suitible targets within range"

NOW: to my actual topic:

Gardes seem to be buggy or stealth-nerfed at the moment. (on singularity)
I have maximum Sentry-skills on the mainserver (Gallente BS V + Sentry V + Advanced Drone Interfacing V)
The following damage-amounts are from 5 sentries on a naked Dominix. I'll only refer to paper-dps

Mainserver damage (my skills = max skills)
Garde II: 450
Curator II: 366
Bouncer II: 394
Warden II: 338

My Specialization skills:
Gallente Drone Specialization 4
Amarr Drone Specialization 2
Minmatar Drone Specialization 2
Caldari Drone Specialization 2

Testserver damage: (with my skills)
Garde II: 413,1
Curator II: 374,4
Bouncer II: 351
Warden II: 327,6

Testserver damage (with max skills)
Garde II: 413,1 / 1,08 * 1,1 = 420,75
Curator II: 374,4 / 1,04 * 1,1 = 396
Bouncer II: 351 / 1,04 * 1,1 = 371,25
Warden II: 327,6 / 1,04 * 1,1 = 346,5

So this currently means that with all drone skills at 5 your Garde will still be quite a bit weaker than before. If you however dont have the drone specs at 5 your tech 2 sentries will become a lot weaker, even though they were maxed out before the patch.

I will post all the information in the devlog regarding sentry-drones. I don't see a single one explaining this heavy sentry nerf:

1a.) We will be minimizing this problem by reducing the bonus from the Drone Interfacing skill to 10% per level, and building the extra damage into the base stats of the drones.
1b) This should leave sentries intact with max skills

2a) This means that the racial Drone Specialization skills will now provide their damage bonus to Tech Two sentry drones as well
2b) This could either mean that Sentries with maxed specs will be stronger than before the patch or that they will be at least equal. I can't find any way to read that nerf out of it

3a) but instead of the current 20% increase in damage over T1, we will be increasing the base damage multiplier of Tech One sentries and limiting the Tech Two advantage to the 2% per level gained from the racial Drone Specialization skills that will now be required to use T2 sentries
3b) this should only buff the tech I sentries, but not nerf the tech II's

4a) We are swapping the position of the Bouncer and Curator sentries in the damage ranking, and adding tracking to the Bouncers to compensate
4b) this does not explain the damage-loss of the garde

5a) We are also swapping some optimal range to falloff on the Bouncers, adding falloff to the Wardens and Gardes, and removing falloff from the Curator sentries
5b) This should have no impact to the damage

So this means all together that Gardes are nerfed but it's nowhere explained why. why? (:

If by stealth nerf you mean a nerf that was explained in the second post in the dev blog's thread, yes.
