No, I'm not one of "those guys", but I do understand that the structure is in place for people to report such things and it's up to CCP to decide if it's relevant or not. The guy asked for a simple piece of information and you trolled him. You had absolutely no reason to do so. If you didn't want to answer properly, then don't answer. He asked a simple question with a simple answer and you felt the need to instead hand over your uninformed opinion. I don't really care whether or not you think people should be able to report things they find offensive, CCP have deemed that you can, and have always stated that if you are unsure you should file a ticket. Now his got his answer, he can go to CCP and they can make their decision. Move on.

No offense man, but this statement coming from you is pretty rich. I've seen you troll the everloving **** out of 100 threads here. Pot/Kettle and all that.

On a more serious note, what other possible outcome could be expected from posting this tripe on C&P?

If it weren't for trolls these forums would be a ghost town.

(Please note, this isn't an attack on your posting as I generally enjoy your trolling. Just sayin')

Hey fella. You made the thread and the statement on a public forum, not me. Once you hit that post button, you open yourself up to any and all criticism, doubly so when you make noxious statements. Also, I'm just a little surprised and curious that people can muster feelings as extreme as hatred over silly internet drama.

You're ok to criticise it constructively. When you do, you also open yourself to the very same criticism. It is actually what've been happening so far. I'm providing facts with my responses, but I often see judgement, misunderstanding and overengineering.

This is no troll. It would have been easier if somebody just said "you've posted on the wrong forums". If wrong forum-posting is the case, then I would've requested a change from a mod.

Criticize away friend. Unlike yourself, I have very thick skin and am in control of my baser emotions.

If you call a law is unjust and broken, then your actions against it, will simply determine how hard the consequences you'll face.
You've to play by the book. You can choose not to, then you'll face the consequences of system.
If you want to change a rule, gather a very large supporter crowd, get elected, gather political force and change it. Trying to change it by other means will make you receive its consequences.

I'm not here to query a rule's justice. I was here to learn the referee, and I was shown.

So like women not being allowed to drive in middle eastern countries?

Or girls that can't go to school because it's against the law?

Or when the Crown decided American Colonists shouldn't have guns anymore?

“Die trying” is the proudest human thing.

As the correct answer to OP's question has already been given in full and 'some' posters have felt it nesecary to break the forum rules, this thread gets a lock.

The Rules:
4. Personal attacks are prohibited.

Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community spirit that CCP promote and as such they will not be tolerated.

5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.
