"Docking arrows" gone?

Before today's patch, UI elements used to "dock" to certain parts of the UI (one bracket size off the edge of your screen, the edge of your screen, other UI elements) when moving them. This was indicated by white arrow-ish thingies pointing to where the element would dock.

The docking still works. The arrows are gone. Intended?

Yeah, it seems like these small arrows for indicating the lines for window snapping are indeed gone. Thanks for the report, I'm writing an internal defect.

"Snapping". That's the word I was looking for but couldn't quite find. Yes, snapping. Sorry for the confusion.

Sorry to hijack, but having a key you can hold down while resizing/moving a window that disables snapping until you let go would be handy. Sometimes I like to be quite precise with my windows, particularly the select window, as it has a tendency to resize the buttons depending on the text above... that is unless the window has been made sufficiently large.

My windows seem to still have these arrows.

Client running on windows vista, DX9.

Is this on Singularity? I get the arrows on TQ, but not on Singularity (both with dx9 and dx11).
