The issue of COs not retaining standings-based tax rates is not limited to WH COs. We're also experiencing (and other alliances as well) in lowsec.

To clarify, this is not just for wormholes it occurs in lowsec / 0.0 as well. Setting the tax to 0% gets reset to 5% after down time, so try just setting it to 0.1% for now.

Sorry about that, fix should be deployed sometime this week.

The dev post about the new PI tax SAID that taxes would double. It did NOT say that they would go up more like 100 TIMES the previous amount.

The current tax rate changes have rendered it IMPOSSIBLE to make any money on 'factory planets" at ALL, when you're paying a QUARTER TO HALF (literally) of the current market value on an PI item to export the stuff, then payng the same amount AGAIN to import it to another planet, there's NO margin left for profit from making it into a higher tier product.

ALso the sheer AMOUNT of the tax increase is going to drive a lot more folks out of PI that the announced "double tax rate" was ALREADY anticipated to do.

If this is "by design" as stated by the original post in this thread, then this "by design" is yet ANOTHER case of CCP not bothering to LISTEN to it's players and shoving yet another NOT THOUGHT OUT concept down our throats to the detriment of the game.

I pity the poor folks trying to afford to run PoS in a couple months, when the market pricing for POS fuel has gone through the roof due to the INSANE LEVEL OF TAX INCREASE on doing PI.

Any chance you can change the OP to reflect the discrepancy?

I bypassed a gate lock on mission "The Good Word." I think I know how I did it, but probably shouldn't post in forums

4. My patch failed!

If your patch failed for some reason, you can run the repair tool with the following launch option:

repair.exe --buildno:306979

You can do this by creating a shortcut of the repair.exe file (found in your EVE folder) and opening the properties of the shortcut. Then add --buildno:306979 to the source path.

Sorry posted this in the feedback thread originally.

I'm having several visual issues shown in this screenshot.

  • Mining drone lasers show up once and then do not move with the mining drone
  • Targeting asteroids sometimes does not stop the targeting animation after they are targeted (this can be temporarily fixed by switching to a different overview and back to clear the names on screen)
  • Clicking on asteroids will show the roid name, but then clicking off leaves them selected and the name stays in space even after I leave the belt. (this can be temporarily fixed by switching to a different overview and back to clear the names on screen)

I'm also having the following other issues:

  • Industry tab does not show columns in the Blueprint Screen. BP stats only show up for some bps. (I reset the settings as suggested by CCP and this was fixed)
  • Unloading a mining crystal from a strip miner II then reloading shows Reload ([item].typeID.name). If I activate the miner without a crystal then stop it, it will show the name of the crystal I want with (used) after it. I'm noticing this with Pyroxeres II crystals
  • Orca pilot and I are in same corp and same fleet. I can put ore into the corp hanger and can right click to stack it. However, when I try to drop ore of the same type on ore of the same type in hanger I get this message: Notify You cannot put items into that container because it belongs to (orca pilot) and you are not in their fleet, their corporation or held in the highest personal standing by them.
  • I'm now noticing that the chat box loses focus when I'm typing in it. It's kinda annoying.

14. POCOs in wormholes fail to retain tax rates.

Player-owned customs offices, in wormholes only, have a problem that causes their player-set tax rates to be reset to default after any downtime. We are working on a fix and will deploy asap, in the meantime POCO owners will have to adjust their tax rates once daily after downtime.

This is not only for wormholes, but also in 0.0 space, or at least in our system.

same orca corp hangar issue message pop up as above. as a workaround I stacked the hangar window with the cargo bay and just drop from there. having the corp hangar window not showing content seems to make the popup message from occuring.

an issue with saving a fit with opened fitting window seems to be broken. as a workaround i just drag the name of my ship in chat window and then open the fit from that window and voila, fit saved! this occurs only to my main account as oppose to the client (tried and tested on different pc).

windows keep relocating when docking/undocking. no workaround found other than relocate (bloody annoying if you ask me).

I must add that this has been, by far, the best work ensemble for an expansion CCP has offered since my inception to Eve. Good work TEAMS, bravo!

I have to say, the new loot all function is really awesome. I did find an issue with it though. It seems that the wreck I open will always open in the middle of the screen, no matter where I have moved it. It doesn't remember the placement. I remember this happening back in the Incursion expansion I think? Idk, but this is really annoying and I hope that it can be fixed.

Thank you in advance

An alliance mate scanned out one of the new DED 3/10 plex which was being run by a BC.
To my knowledge, BCs should NOT be able to go into DED 3/10.

Has this changed? Or is it a bug?

We're still seeing overview lockups / out of date info. Nothing new I know.

What I don't understand is that things like distance data on brackets remains correct. Couldn't the client sanity check the two data sources against each other if this is a server communication issue? Seems odd it'd be being sent twice thuogh, which would suggest a client bug. That would also suggest to me that it's not necessarily latency related.

I’m having a problem with the new feature where clicking on the open container command causes the ship to approach the container. It sounds good in theory, but as it is it is just interfering with large salvage operations. Can you set it so that it does not try to approach containers that are already in range? I don’t want my ship turning around and abandoning its current approach order to just to get closer to a wreck that I am already towing.

I am also experiencing this. The entire client locks up for a minute or so. I cannot even minimize the client. This happens when using a Ship Maintenance Array in at a starbase and moving items in and out of the fitting window.

Found a bug here. Involves "Unsecured Frontier Trinary Hub" sleeper site. The site is supposed to have 2 spawns (1 group already there in warp-in), however, after the first spawn the last spawn (which should have spawned 4 battleships) didn't occur. Even more unusual is the fact that people warping in or out of the site saw those 4 battleships on their overviews for a split second in which case they disappeared right after. I know you guys said you didn't touch wormhole sites, however, I think the "cloaked ships will no longer prevent a site from despawning" may have screwed it up. I'm not sure myself, but that seems to me to be the only thing you guys would have fiddled with in the site that might cause such an issue.

P.S. I would like to know if I could formally submit a bug report in-game via petition or something besides posting it here. I know there is a bug report function on sisi, but I don't see it on Tranquility. Please guide me to it if there is something like that there.

When doing a fleetwarp and looking at the other ships in the warp "bubble", they seem to be distorted with the new warp-graphics.
I would assume all the ships to be in the same warp "bubble", hence showing up as normal and non-warp distorted.

Not sure if it counts as a bug, but I think it's worth mentioning.

I have an issue with wallet Journal which happens every time I open it. After opening and pressing "load", the last bounty prizes, fees etc are from yesterday, and all filters agree on that. However, if I go to Transactions tab and load them and then go back to Journal, all the latest entries are nicely there. But as soon as I press "load" again (tried with two other filters besides "all" - no difference), latest journal entries disappear. For the first time noticed this happening 3-4 days ago.

Exactly what he said.

And I see absolutely no point in giving scan probe ranges as "16.00 AU" etc instead of old "16 AU". Column just gets wider with no actual meaning of this "precision" (or did I miss something?).
