Want to buy:
Pref 10-20 million SP but will look at the 20-40 range.
Must be able to fly Ishtar
Prefer to be able to use T2 Heavies and sentries though is not necessary
Prefer to have good support skills, including nav, cap, shield and armor.
No PI, research, manufacturing or mining skills.
Prefer no missile skills. Gunnery skills ok

Others skillls considered on case by case basis.
