SKILLTRACKER NEWS:
- We reached 7.000 registed pilots tonight. *happy*
- The new database is online. So the ship Nestor is whith picture and description, now.
- We changed the ship description to TRAITS like ingame. So the skilltracker is more clear now.

BADGE UPDATES:
The following badges changed from Jump Portal Generation IV to Jump Portal Generation I Because of this info:
(The bonus given by the skill Jump Portal Generation is to fuel requirements but only affects the strontium clathrates needed by Titan Jumpbridges. But as the Covert Jump Portal doesn't require any strontium clathrates, the skill will not give any additional benefits past level 1 for Covert Jump Portal Generators.)

- Redeemer
- Widow
- Sin
- Panther

Greetings,
Barkkor

VERSION 0.6.0 BETA - 14.05.2014

Big update today:
- We made some links at the end of every page. So there is a changelog, a legal disclosure and a copyright notice.
- More clarity at the ship badges. Now the traits above progress and skills.
- Now there is a comment window below every badge. At this time only for admins. But there is the idea to make it available to every user.
- We made a minibutton bar at the bottom of every page. So you can see what things we used and that EVE Skilltracker is designed for Firefox and Chrome.
- We made some toggle symbols at all categories and all subbadges. Now there is a clear arrangement in every badge.

BADGE UPDATE - 19.05.2014

New Mordu's Legion faction ships with EVE Kronos:

  • Added three ships because of this thread in official EVE Forums. This are the Garmur frigate, the Orthrus cruiser and the Barghest battleship. But at the moment without discription. So I posted the traits in the badge comments.

Added the skill "Electronic Superiority Rigging" to all relevant electronic warefare badges.

  • Basic: Electronic Superiority Rigging lvl1 + Jury Rigging lvl 3
  • Medium: Electronic Superiority Rigging lvl 3

Maybe I'll do some legendary EWAR badges... soon™

I love the badges but here's a suggestion.

If you look at the Archon "Expert" only requires Amarr Carrier and and Fighters to 4. Both the carrier and fighters 5 give a significant improvement. IMO to be "Expert" you should have at least the racial carrier skill to 5. To be an "Expert" with any ship you should have that ship skill to 5 since often the bonuses are significant. There may be an exceptions to the rule.

I used the Archon as an example because the Expert badge also requires Capital Ships 5. An Archon pilot would be far better served by the racial carrier or fighters skill to 5. Either one of these take the same amount of training time or less. Capital Ships 5 gives a 5% percent agility bonus. Amarr Carrier 5 would give 4% bonus to armor resists, 50% bonus to cap transfer and remote armor repper range, and one additional drone/ fighter.

I understand you don't want to make the goal too difficult so how about an "Improved" between "Medium" and "Expert". It would mean you're really good but not the very best at flying that ship.

I think you broke something, I'm no longer expert in EWAR even though I have all skills to 5.

Because of some input from the official EVE Online Forum I did some changes:

The I made a bigger carrier update because of this post:

  • Updated the Carrier Command Badge by killing the Capital Ships lvl 5 to lvl 4.
  • Updated all the racial carriers badges from racial carrier lvl 4 to lvl 5.

Just a suggestion, but I think customs code expertise training should be included in the planetary management professions badge. It's a skill in the trading category but directly affects PI.
