Goons scamming new recriuts

BE WARNED Goons are now scamming isk to fill there war chest Thyra Tordentarm recruiter for GoonWaffe, apparently now the is a 1.0 bill refundable deposit to stop spy's entering the ranks of Goonswarm. I followed all the rules for joining Goons and was excepted in principle so i put in the application which was imediatley rejected by Father Snuggles ( Goon director) and when equired why through Thyra she said there had been changes and now it would be 1.5 billion deposit to which i sais NO Way and i wanted my isk returned and my app pulled. Thyra said ok and it would take a few minutes then she logged off and didnt return.
I logged back in this morning and tried to contact Thyra and found to my surprise ( NOT !!) that i was blocked, i have contacted ccp and as usual they can do nothing ) what a surprise NOT !!!!!) so this is just a friendly warning to all would be Goon recruits BEWARE.
I know peeps will say more fool you for putting up isk in adavnce well we all live and learn, so im just passing on my experience as a warning to others.

Scams are a part of the eve universe, no?
Who in their right mind would pay a fee to join a corporation?

You sound like you were in a 'Bonus Room' situation.

What you can do is contact Ripard Teg. He's New Eden's very own space investigator and social justice champion (he's also the wielder of the banhammer....says so in his title).

He'll get to the bottom of this.
