Looking for a top class pvp char

Must have all gunnery spec IV (preferible 25+ml in gunnery)
at list 10+ml in missiles
top armor and shield and navigation skills

able to fly all races logistic hac recon command ceptor dictor hictor marauder t3 etc
able to fly amarr/gallente dread/carrier, or at list one of this 2 races with good cap skill and jdc5
bonus for leadership skills/ drugs skills/ high rig skills/implants clones etc
bonus for good kb/corp history

can pay from 60 to 80b, i am not gonna consider anything less than 150ml+ sp

propose here or thrue in game mail

nope sorry, again not enought gunnery, bad rig skills, no subsystems, i am not looking for put a 150ml sp char into a titan, i am looking for a top skilled subcapital char + 1-2race of capital purely for traveling purpose/dread use and only gallente/amarr.

your is interesting but lack all laser gunnery and almost all subsystem rig skills are also not that good the rest seams quite nice btw
